Having lived most of my life in the Northwest, I love the outdoors and doing landscape photography that presents itself in all times of the year. There are lots of mountains and sea surrounding the area and the weather is ever changing. I visit small towns like Leavenworth and La Conner which render beautiful colors in the Fall and are nice any time of the year. I also love buildings and architecture so find myself in Seattle and Portland from time to time shooting buildings and bridges. New England has its own unique beauty from the Cape to Vermont, each with their own unique beauty. The Oregon Coast is another place I visit frequently and enjoy the drama of the storms in the winter. Joshua Tree National Park in the Palm Springs area has its own unique beauty in the high desert. Zion National Park is simply majestic with rising peaks everywhere. It is truly a remarkable place.
At home I photograph food for Basil & Salt, a monthly national magazine. Also worked for Columbia Winery here in Woodinville WA shooting events and various things within the winery.
Most of my time is spent photographing real estate which I have done for over 12 years and have well over 1000 shoots of both residential and commercial real estate properties. I photograph both interiors and exteriors with stills and or video. I have just recently incorporated drone photography into my business which can add a whole new perspective in viewing some large estate or luxury type homes. You can see examples of these in my real estate portfolio.
I am always updating my website, so please come back and visit frequently.
It seems that I have always had a camera in my hand, whether it was photographing the local Northwest beauty or exotic travel experiences, the camera has always been an invitation to capture the feelings of the moment.
With over 30 years in the real estate industry as a designer and broker, photographing real estate was a natural progression. I understand that good professional photography not only chronicles a home’s details and room configuration but also captures the ambiance of the home and its setting.
I take both interior and exterior photos and all are edited for quality control and sky and lawn enhancements. Photos are worth a thousand words so it is well worth it to use a professional. Why not use one that knows the real estate industry and what will make your listing stand out to buyers looking for a new home.
